Every plaque ships in a rigid mailer sized to the piece. The mailer does not bend in transit — the plaque arrives flat and intact.

Damage policy

If your plaque arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with a photograph of the damage. We will reprint and reship at no cost. Write to [email protected] with your order details and the photo.
