- Date — a first solo, a special flight, an anniversary
- Registration — the aircraft that made the memory
- Custom text line — a short phrase or callsign (max 24 characters)
All personalisation is engraved into the plaque surface at print time — not added afterwards.

- Which airports can you make?
- Any airport on earth with an ICAO code. Our layouts are generated from OpenStreetMap chart data covering every airport, airfield, and helipad worldwide. If your location is not in the data, we will work from available imagery at no extra charge.
- How do I provide my ICAO code?
- When you place your order you will be asked for your ICAO code. If you are unsure of the code, you can look it up at ourairports.com.
- What size is the plaque?
- The standard plaque is 200mm × 120mm, printed in two-tone PLA and fitted with a 3mm wall mount on the reverse. Weight is approximately 180g.
- Do you ship internationally?
- Yes. We ship to Ireland and internationally. See our shipping page for estimated delivery times and our damage policy.
- How long does it take?
- Each plaque is made to order. Allow 7 working days from order confirmation to dispatch. You will receive a tracking notification when it ships.
- What if my plaque arrives damaged?
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photograph of the damage. Write to [email protected] with your order details and the photo.
